Shipping & Delivery

(We do not ship orders on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays). Our web store will compute correct shipping charges for all orders. You will have several shipping options to choose from through FedEx or the United States Postal Service (USPS). FedEx shipments have both tracking information and delivery confirmation. 

Pricing for shipping options will be presented before you finish your checkout. All the items in our store are weighed properly so when you check out, it will compute the correct shipping charges for you and present you with your list of shipping options. If you put some items in your shopping cart and start the checkout process, you can see what the shipping charges will be without actually needing to complete an order. 
It is not guaranteed that orders will leave within the time frames listed above. Weekends and holidays are not counted as days of shipping. 
Damaged Package Claims 

If you have received your order, and your package was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receipt of your package). Customers with damaged packages can file a claim directly with us. Please keep all packaging (box, packing paper, etc.) for verification purposes. We will most likely request that the damaged product(s) be shipped back to us for verification. 
Lost Package Claims If you have not received your order, and feel your package may be lost, please contact us. Customers with packages that have not been received after 30 days from shipment date, can file a claim directly with us. 
Orders shipped within California are taxed at 8.5%. 
Important: In our attempts to combat fraud, we can only ship orders when the credit card holder's billing address matches what is on file with the card issuer. Please ensure you list the billing address *exactly* as it appears on your credit card statement or it may be declined by our merchant bank. 
We screen diligently for Credit Card fraud! 

We pursue all legal avenues and advise credit card companies, credit bureaus, and law authorities regarding any suspicious, attempted, or experienced credit card fraud. 

How Do I Take Advantage of FREE Shipping on Orders Over $49? FREE Shipping applies only to orders with over $49 of qualifying merchandise, excluding taxes, and applies to all orders. If you decide to choose our Free Shipping option, we will ship your order via the most cost-effective shipping method. Orders shipped using our FREE Shipping option, on average, take 7-10 days for delivery. 
Express Delivery Services If you need fast service, we can get your order to you quickly. Please note the following for FedEx Express shipments: FedEx Overnight (1 Day) or FedEx 2Day: Most Express orders are shipped within 24 hours. Overnight orders, once shipped, will be delivered the next business day. FedEx 2Day orders will arrive 2 business days after being shipped. FedEx does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or FedEx observed holidays.

Returns & Exchanges- 

At Sun Diego, nothing is more important to us than CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. If for any reason the purchase does not suit you, we will issue a refund within 60 days for merchandise that has the original tags attached to it and has not been washed, worn, or abused and that is accompanied by a receipt. 

Without a receipt: 
A credit will be issued at the current price, in accordance to the above guidelines. 
Sales price adjustments: Adjustments will be given within seven days, if the merchandise is returned with the receipt. 
Sale merchandise: Sale merchandise may be returned or exchanged only if the tags are in tact and a receipt accompanies the items. 
Sunglasses & Watches: 
These items are only returnable if the merchandise and price tags are intact and a receipt accompanies the items. Merchandise that is scratched and/or damaged is not returnable.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions 
We accept the following payment methods: 
American Express 

We do not accept cheques, cash or credit vouchers. 
IMPORTANT: Your billing address must exactly match your name, address and postal code exactly as they appear on your credit card statement. This information is used as a part of the validation process for your credit card payment. 
Your phone number andemail address are also required in case our Customer Contact Center needs to contact you about your order. 

We charge sales tax at a rate of 8.5% to all California residents. No sales tax is collected on orders shipping outside of California.
