Our Annual Inter-Shop Surf Contest was held this last Sunday at Carlsbad Campgrounds. Conditions we're horrible, weather was cold, but that's all part of competing! As usual, we divided teams up by their the store they work at. This year we had 5 teams: Warehouse, Carlsbad, Mission Beach, Fashion Valley, and Solana Beach. Each surfer did their best in the windy and closed out conditions to advance their team to the next heat but in the end, the finals came down to Dane from Fashion Valley, Ben from Carlsbad, Ryan from Warehouse, and Philip from Carlsbad. It was a close call but shredder and new employee at Sun Diego Fashion Valley took home first! Congrats Dane and thanks everyone for coming out!
